"Egy futoverseny miatt elsosorban az ar es a helyszin alapjan valasztottam ezt a szallashelyet, es nagyon jo tapasztalaink lettek. Minden nagyon jo volt. A tulajdonossal telefonon egyeztettunk, nagyon kedves volt. S ez szemelyesen sem volt maskent. A szallashely jol megkozelitheto. A szobak tisztak, tagasak, jol felszereltek voltak, a furdo meg gyonyoru! A kozelben van egy pizzeria, tobb bolt es egy pekseg is. A bazalttemplom pedig nagyon szep! Sose legyen rosszabb sorom egy szallason."

"Könnyen megközelíthető, parkolási lehetőség van."
"Iszonyatos csatorna szag az egész apartmanban. Egyik kétszemélyes ágy kényelmetlen, matrac helyett egy szivacs volt, aminek meg vizelet szaga is volt. Szállás.hu azt javasolta, hogy beszéljünk a tulajjal, esetleg matrac vagy szoba csere. Mikor beszéltünk a talajjal, ő csak annyit mondott hogy hát, ő nem érzi és nem tud mit csinálni és hozzátette hogy el lehet menni. A csatorna szagról tudott, és elismerte hogy ez egy régi probléma."

Tisztelt Vendég!Visszautasítom, hogy vizelet szagú lett volna a matrac, és ha tényleg úgy érezte, akkor miért a 3., egyben az utolsó napon jelezte, és rögtön azt is , hogy nem fog fizetni? A tulaj levette a lepedőt és együtt nézték meg, hogy semmiféle folt nem volt a matracon Valóban szivacs,- memória szivacs, amit sajnálok hogy kényelmetlenek érzett, A férjem másik ágyat ágyazott Önnek. Ez sem volt megfelelő, ezek után mondta, hogy akkor legyen kedves keressen más szállást. Csatorna szag csak akkor szokott lenni, ha nem használják a zuhanyzót és a padlóösszefolyó bűzelzárójából elpárolog a víz, A tulajdonos, csak azt mondta, hogy télen volt már ilyen, amikor pár hétig nem volt használva.Azt is megjegyezném ,hogy a fürdőszoba fél éve lett teljesen felújítva, nem egy retró fürdőről van szó. Azért azt gondolom merő rosszindulatra vall,ha valaki minden létező fórumon leszólja másnak a munkáját, megélhetését. Sajnálom, hogy nem érezte jól magát. Kiváncsi lennék arra is, hogy a szolgáltatásra miért adott 4 pontot? Minden szolgáltatás a rendelkezésére állt, amit a szallas.hu felületén felsorolunk, azon felül ráadásul ingyenes jakuzzi használatot is biztosítottunk Önöknek a teljes vízcsere után. Ha önnek egyéb, extra igényei vannak, miért egy ilyen olcsó szállást választott? Vannak Badacsonyban többcsillagos hotelek is...
