"The room was very clean, there was a refrigerator in the common part of the double room."

"The double bedroom suite offers no privacy to persons in the two rooms. The WC is separate from the bathroom, and the WC has no sink, so you have to go to a different room to wash your hands."

"The rooms and the facilities smelled awfully. The staff new no English and only one person spoke German, so the communication was extremely difficult. A refund must be approved by someone at the College, apparently a very busy person and takes ages. The breakfast WAS NOT included, even though it was advertised."

"A személyzet segítőkész volt, de nem tudott segíteni"

"A fürdőszobában villogott az égő, időnként másodpercekre kihagyott, sötétség volt. A tévén a prospektusban szereplő állomások többsége (8 - 9) nem volt beállítható, nem működött, valami CI modul hiányzott. Csak az állami tv jött be. Az ágynemű tiszta volt, de látszott rajta, hogy a véres szennyeződést nem tudták kimosni. Visszataszító volt."
