Located on the top floor of the newly built (handed over in May 2021) Miskolc downtown condominium, the huge terrace of our apartment offers a wonderful panorama of the city's symbolic building, the Avas Lookout Tower, and the green of the historic Avas below, which sweetens the morning sun for a coffee, or is an ideal place to a romantic dinner.
We recommend our apartment with a roof terrace to those who prefer the feeling of life associated with a unique design and special location, love the hustle and bustle of the city during their stay, yet desire peace and quiet.

Our apartment is located in the center of Miskolc: the pedestrian street full of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores is only 50 meters away.
For guests arriving by car, paid parking is available in the underground garage under the building.
As we have also dogs, we provide the opportunity to receive your pet, but please indicate when booking that you would bring him / her as well. Please understand that we can only accept a clean, apartment-friendly pet, no more than one at a time.
High-speed internet access is available on site.

The apartment is 70 sqm: American kitchen with living room, bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet. The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed with a mattress, and the sofa with a built-in mattress bed in the living room ensures a peaceful rest.
Cable TV and fast internet ensure a pleasant stay. The American kitchen has a microwave, toaster and coffee maker with coffee making facilities. A fridge and stovetop are also provided, as well as a kettle. The bathroom has a shower, double sinks, automatic washing machine, and hairdryer.

Our guests arriving by train can get to the apartment the fastest by tram or taxi. Guests arriving by tram must get off at the Városház tér stop and from there the apartment is 100 meters away (in the direction of Lillafüred)

The prices do not include the tourist tax, it is due in HUF upon arrival.
