"Mizerabila camera si la dus era execrabil. Nu am putut folosi. Cabina era plină de par,wc mizerabil, asta dupa ce am refuzat o camera in care era un miros...."

Draga Elena, ne pare rau sa auzim nemultumirea d voastra. Din cate am verificat si cu personalul care v a condus si prezentat camerele , d voastra inspectand atent de la intrare , aveati posibilitatea de a nu ramane la Casa Octavian sau daca cele pe care d voastra le ati mentionat mai sus s ar fi confirmat puteati solicita asistenta din partea noastra . cu siguranta am fi ajutat. Consideram tendentios reviewul d voastra din motive pe care nu le mentionam aici. Va dorim numai bine! Echipa Casa Octavian
