The first floor has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A small furnished balcony is accessible through the hallway.

The outdoor area is designed for relaxation. The swimming pool is ideal for cooling off on hot summer days. There are also 8 sun loungers with umbrellas and a furnished summer gazebo with a barbecue grill available for use.

On the property, two parking spaces are reserved. For an additional car, there is space on the street in front of the house.
