Nespotřebovaná částka bude vrácena do 5 pracovních dnů na účet, ze kterého záloha přišla. Částka nad 2000,- Bude vyúčtována na konci pobytu.Storno podmínky: Více jak 30 dní bez stornopoplatku, 14 dní do nástupu pobytu se strhává 50% ze zaplacené zálohy. Pokud klient nenastoupí vůbec propadá celá zaplacená záloha na pobyt. (pokud si za sebe seženete náhradu, nebo pokud se nám podaří váš rezervovaný termín obsadit, tak vám bude záloha vrácena v plné výši). Při předčasném ukončení pobytu v jeho průběhu bude záloha započtena na úhradu pobytu v plné výši. Klient tak hradí plnou částku za smluvený pobyt. Rezervační poplatek (záloha na ubytování) je nutno zaplatit do tří pracovních dnů od rezervace, jinak bude rezervace zrušena. Translation
