"Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, a szállás gyönyörű helyen van,csendes,nyugodt. Mintha csak a saját szőlőbirtokunkon töltöttünk volna egy hétvégét. Az egyetlen kellemetlenség a szálláshely megközelítése volt,de ez is megoldható. A szállásadó maximálisan segírőkész,kedves, mindig elérhető."

"Az elején segítőkész tulaj,majd ez megváltozott"
"Az odavezető út borzalmas,a kocsi alja leért többször is.Az első nap este elmentünk szórakozni,majd mikor megérkeztünk, csőtörés és úszót minden a ruháink a fürdő a konyha (még az érkezésünk előtt szerelték a bojlert).A bojler folyamatosan lecsapta a biztosítót, szóval ott voltunk víz nélkül (se tusolási lehetőség,se wc)al.A tulajnak szóltunk rögtön reggel,de majd csak 3 óra fele érkezett egyedül semmi lehetőség arra,hogy meg legyen javítva! Szóval néztünk egy másik szállást, kompenzáció gyanánt visszakaptunk 30.000 forintot a 120.000- ból.. úgy, hogy semmilyen opciót nem kaptunk arra , hogy legalább tusolni vagy Wc-re menjünk..Nagyon nem korrekt pénzéhes, életveszélyes az egész mivel a falat kimosta a víz és zárlatos az egész vízrendszer. Jó nyaralást"
Accommodation's reply:
Gyakorlatilag egy csőtörés okozta a hibát ami előre nem tervezett volt. ezt a problémát nem órák hanem napok alatt lehet normálisan kijavítani ami mostanra már meg is történt. Ezzel szemben viszont a vendég széttörte vandál módon a vízóra aknát még a koszorút és a vasalást is rajta. Emellett még a fürdőszoba ajtó kilincsét is kiszakitották a helyéről ezeknek a helyreállítási költsége 50000Ft-ot is kitesz. Ami a foglalást illeti az pontosan 105000Ft volt amiből a vendégek egy napot ott töltöttek amikor még jó volt a víz. Ennek a költsége 40000Ft visszakapták 30000Ft kp-ben és 20000Ft értékben ajándék csomagot. Ami a bojlert illeti azt pedig a vendég érdekében javítottunk ki ,hogy ne akadályozza az ottléte alatt a kényelmét.
