The apartment is located in a brand New apartment building perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood on the small Hill abpove the city . At the back of the building there is a free parking lot. The building is equipped with modern elevator and monitoring system. The doors to the staircase and to the apartment are opened with a code. All windows and balcony overlook the town and Giant Mountains . In the apartment there are a free Wi-Fi, wide selection of TV channels and Netflix. The living room is connected with the kitchen. There are a 43-inch TV and a comfortable sofa with a large, extendable sleeping space for 2 persons in it. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and dishes. Coffee, tea and mineral water are available for the guests free of charge. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious wardrobe and a desk; there are also an ironing board, an iron and a drying rack in it. White sheets, pillows and duvets are anti-allergic. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, a set of towels and free cosmetics. A baby cot is available on request.
