Ideal for families too

Our apartments with swimming pool ('Family one-storied' and 'Balcony upstairs') are situated in Szőlőskislak, Balatonboglár's suburban area.

For our guests in the cca. 1000 sqm garden we offer swimming pool, deck chairs, BBQ tools/grills and other outdoor furniture. We are waiting for our guests with fully equipped kitchens (incl. microwave oven and coffee machine), satellite TV and free, unlimited wifi connection. In our 'Family one-storied' apartment we provide full accessibility.

The two apartments are located in one yard, can be reserved separately or in one package. Parking places are available for 4 cars in the yard (2 covered places).

At the time of arrival, we ask you to pay 10.000 HUF caution money, which we give you back in case of unharmed apartments.

"Mi már visszatérő vendégek vagyunk. Könnyen megközelíthető minden, ha nincs kedve elmenni a szállásról, van medence, ami kristálytiszta. A szállásadók kedvesek, nem zavarják a vendégeket!"

"A kert rendezett."
"Messze van a központtól. A ház kellemetlen szagú volt. Napokig tartott mire valemennyire kiszellőzött. Az ágynemű is kellemetlen szagú volt. Az ágy ősrégi és kényelmetlen. A párna szintén. A konyha felszereltsége sem megfelelő. Főzésre szinte alkalmatlan. A kis hűtöben a beépített mini mélyhűtő ajtaja el volt törve. Emiatt az ételeink nagyrésze elfagyott a sima hűtőben. Volt amit ki is kellett emiatt dobni. A hirdetesben a szolgáltatások között fel van tüntetve gyerekágy, illetve játszótér. Ezeknek megcsak nyoma sem volt..."

Tisztelt Véleményíró! Köszönjük az anonim kritikát, és hogy vendégünk volt egy héten át. Sajnáljuk a negatív tapasztalatait és elnézést kérünk az esetleges kellemetlenségekért! Felhívnánk ugyanakkor a figyelmét, hogy a gyermekágy opcionálisan kérhető - de nem kérték, csak itt, utólag, a vélemény rovatban panaszolták. A játszótér 2 perc sétára van az apartmantól, ebben is tudtunk volna tájékoztatást adni, ha megkérdezik. A centrumtól való távolság egy adottság, mindent pontosan feltüntettünk a hirdetésben, azt is, hogy a szőlőskislaki városrészben található a szállás és azt is, hogy hány km-re van a fontosabb lokációktól. Az ágyak 2 évesek sincsenek, az ágynemű pedig teljesen friss volt. Sajnos a szagproblémát a foglalása idején nem jelezte, csak utólag, így nem volt tudomásunk róla. Vélhetően a tisztítószer szagát érezhette a járvány óta bevezetett szigorú takarítási protokoll miatt. A hűtőajtó problémát köszönjük, hogy jelezte és ismételten elnézést kérünk a kellemetlenségért, a hűtőszekrényt azóta cseréltük. Továbbá jeleznénk, hogy mi próbáltunk konstruktívak lenni az egyhetes utazása során annak dacára, hogy minősíthetetlen stílusban kommunikált a szállásadóval már az érkezése pillanatában is, de sajnos nem éreztünk fogadókészséget rá az ön oldaláról. A kommunikáció hiánya miatt pedig aztán nem volt lehetsőgétünk orvosolni a fenti problémákat sem. Tisztelettel: Csendes Apartmanok
