The weekend house - close to the lakeshore - is waiting for those who want to relax.

The house was completely renovated in 2021.

The accommodation consists of a ground floor and an attic. The ground floor has a 25 m2 living room with a sleeper sofa (with a pull-out mattress) and a spacious, equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine). On the ground floor there is also a toilet and a built-in shower (in the same room).

In the attic there are two separate rooms, each with a double bed and a 90 cm bed. The attic is accessed from the lower part via a pull-down ladder, no stairs. Each room is accessed from a corridor upstairs, one room is separated by a door, while the other room is accessed from the corridor and is not separated.

The accommodation has 3 rooms (ground floor, 2 attic) and can accommodate 8 people.

If required, a baby crib and a baby bath tub can be provided.

The garden has a barbecue and a fireplace and a large terrace.

During the renovation, the lower part has been air-conditioned, the windows, the attic, the bathroom and the kitchen have been completely replaced and a terrace of almost 20 m2 has been added.

There is a parking space inside the courtyard.

As the house is not winterized, the cooling/heating air conditioner and the oil radiator ensure the right warmth in cold periods.

Access to the accommodation is made independently by the guest without the host. The access code for the key cassette will be sent no later than the day of arrival.

Access to the property is by asphalt road, except for the last 300 metres. The accommodation is easily accessible in bad weather conditions.

I would like to draw your attention to the following(s):
- The attic is accessed from the lower part of the property via a fold-down ladder, no stairs. Please only book if you have no difficulty getting up the ladder.
- The accommodation is not winterised and is heated by air conditioning (indoor unit only on the ground floor) and oil radiators.
- The water is provided by a well (suitable for cooking and cleaning, not recommended for consumption). The water pressure is also different (lower) than at home.
- There is no wi-fi.

Lake Deseda is the longest artificial lake in the country

The lake and its surroundings are under constant development; the lake is mainly circulated by an asphalted cycle path (approx. 13 km). The house is 300 m from the lake and approx. 1 km from the developed open beach, where a snack bar and bicycle-boat rental are available. At the boathouse (300m) you can rent kayaks, sup and canoes.
The lake is also popular with anglers and sportsmen, and many competitions are held.

In addition, there is an arboretum and calender forest in the immediate vicinity of the lake.
