Near Kaposvár, the property is located on the shore of Lake Deseda. We welcome families and groups of friends who want to relax and unwind, but also workers who work nearby. The house is located in a very friendly and peaceful picturesque environment. The heating is provided by gas heating and a tile stove, so it can also be used in winter. The heated hot tub can be used in winter and summer. HUF 10,000/day. There are many opportunities for recreation and sports. The lake is Hungary's largest artificial lake. There is an asphalt road in the vicinity, a bicycle path that leads into the city. There is a cruise ship on the route, several times a day in the summer. Of course, you can also go boating and fishing. The city can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. There is much to see in the old and new parts of the city. The town has a beautiful modern thermal bath. After traveling 20-25 km from Kaposvár, you can visit: Patzakatica farm, Bőszénfa deer farm, Szenna open-air museum, village museum.
Boat rentals can be arranged on site, there is also a Ping Ping table, and for the little ones a sandpit, slide, swing...Enclosed yard, guarded by camera. In summer, air conditioning is used for cooling.
We can also host groups of up to 25 people. Our other two apartments are on the neighboring lot.
