"Egyik szobában nem volt melegvíz az egyik napon és nem fűtötte be a szobát a klíma. Okára nem jöttünk rá. A lakás többi pontja rendben volt mindkét tekintetben. A szoba lakói nem igényelték,hogy segítséget kérjünk, ezért nem vontam le pontot emiatt."
