Ideal for families too

Relax at any time of the year in my two-storey family house situated in the centre, yet at a quiet place.

Downstairs apartment (100m2): for 4 persons (+1 person is possible)
2 bedrooms (1 x 2, 1 x 2),
living room,
dining room with kitchen,
large bathroom with bathtub and stall shower,
toilet,
entryway.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, American-type giant refrigerator with freezer, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware and tableware, etc.

Upstairs apartment (120 m2): for 6 persons (+1 persons are possible)
3 bedrooms ( 1 x 2, 1 x 2, 1 x 2 +1),
2 bathrooms: stall shower or bathtub,
2 toilets,
spacious dining and living room,
kitchen.
2 large terraces.
The kitchens are fully equipped: stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator and freezer, etc.

Safe parking in the enclosed yard equipped with a remotely controlled sliding gate. Large yard, garden furnitur in the yard and on the terraces.

Everyone is provided with a towel and a large bath towel.

All rooms have shutters and mosquito nets.

TV is available with about 60 channels

Wi-Fi Internet access

A baby cot, playpen and high chair are also available for families with children.

It can be rented by the floor (as two fully isolated flats with separate entrances), but also as a whole; in this case, the internal stairs can be used, and therefore, it can be an ideal option for large families or companies of friends.

The flat can be occupied from 2 PM and should be left by 10 AM.
