"Kedves, barátságos szállásadó, nagyon szimpatikus volt"

"A véleményeket olvasva tiszta hely, ami részben igaz, mert a panzióban gyönyörű tisztaság volt és rend. Viszont a mi szobánkban sajnos ez nem volt így. Az ágy mögött meggy darab, nagyon vastag porcica, polcon egy üres flakon, volt egy fél wc papirunk. Olyan mintha egyáltalán nem lett volna takarítva nálunk sajnos. Ez valószínüleg egy egyszeri véletlen lehet amit mi pont kifogtunk. Ezzel nem akarunk senkit megbántani."

Kedves Brigitta! Így utólag mi is rájöttünk, hogy hol hibáztunk. Többször előfordul, hogy vendégeink a megadott 14 óra helyett jóval korábban érkeznek, ami rendben is van, és amivel eddig még sosem volt probléma. Az Önök esetében is ez történt. Már délelőtt megérkeztek, mi átadtuk a szobájuk kulcsát, hogy elfoglalhassák, és ne kelljen kivárniuk a 14 órát. Jót akartunk, mégis itt csúsztunk el a szobával. A teljes ház takarítása közben sajnos valami máig érthetetlen módon elsiklottunk az Önök szobája felett, mivel abban a tudatban voltunk, hogy ha átadtuk a kulcsot, akkor az biztosan rendben van. Így utólag visszaemlékezve sajnos valóban elmaradt a porszívózás, a WC papír és szappan feltöltése, valamint a szoba átadás előtti átvizsgálása, kötelező átnézése, ami egyébként minden esetben megtörténik még a vendégek érkezése előtt, és kiszűri az ilyen és hasonló hibákat. Ilyesmi még nem fordult elő nálunk, és az Önök esetéből tanulva többé nem is fog. Elnézésüket kérjük a kellemetlenségért, és köszönjük az értékelést.
