I invite you to rent an independent, detached brick house with a fenced plot over the water only for you. The recreational summer resort is located in Tresta Rządowa at the Sulejowski Reservoir, about 50 km from Łódź (Łódzkie Voivodeship), 100 km from Warsaw (access via express road), about 180 km from Katowice, about 200 km from Lublin.

The plot is quite big, nicely landscaped, a lot of planting conifers, spruces, pines, but at the same time there is a place for sunbathing or playing football (half a plot in the shade, half in the sun). The area is fenced, even, safe, microclimate, beautiful wild nature, peace and quiet. On the plot is available for your exclusive garden swing with pillows, 2 deckchairs, large mobile grill, hammock, tunnel for smoking. On the terrace there are garden furniture with pillows, a small sofa. It is also possible to play various games, and the car park is fenced.

The house is solid, brick, storey with a covered terrace, with a covered balcony of approx. 90m2 (for a maximum of 6 people). It consists of a living room with a fireplace (spreading warm air to all rooms), kitchen, bathroom with toilet and two separate bedrooms upstairs (wooden ceiling). The house is inside after refreshing, partly has the equipment listed , and after thermo-modernization . The living room has a leather sofa (fold-out) with armchairs, and in each of the bedrooms upstairs is a marriage bed with a luxurious, very comfortable mattress (from Sembella) and a sofa bed.
