The apartment is at the ‘Gold Coast’ of Siófok at Glatz Henrik street, 1 minute from the ‘Petőfi Promenade’ and the beach.
The house itself is a one-storey house with 2 apartments:
- 35m2 apartment for maximally 4 person with own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom which was designed as follows: there is a pull-out sofa in the living room (together with the kitchen), and the sleeping room is separated from the living room with a mirror-glassed wall which you can close.
- 25 m2 studio apartment for 2 person with own entrance, bathroom, kitchen and one pull-out sofa (160x210).
There is a swimming pool, jakuzzi and BBQ in the garden. The swimming pool can be used every day between 9am-8pm for free, the jacuzzi is a separately paid service, which you can reserve in advance for 2 hours private use.
Please note that there are 2 family house in our garden with 4 different apartments, the outside amenities are shared with the other guests, but everyone has their own table with chairs outside in the garden area.
Parking spaces are available at the street for free, and also there is a paid guarded parking area opposite of the house.
