EDEN SIÓFOK APARTMENT is located in the heart of Siófok, a few steps from Lake Balaton, Plaza and Petőfi promenade. The city center and the port are a few minutes walk away. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a very nice new modern building with an elevator. Nice corner apartment, bright, with two bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and dining area. The kitchen and living room furniture was replaced in 2021, there is new kitchen furniture, table, chairs, sofa, armchair bed, wardrobe. The apartment has a south-east-facing terrace with a small table and chairs, offering a pleasant rest. The living room has air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with many channels for comfort and entertainment. One of the bedrooms also has a television. A large fridge and full kitchenware are provided.
The apartment - although close to the central bustling life - is still quiet because both the windows and the terrace are on the quieter front. Guests have at their disposal an outdoor pool in the beautiful landscaped yard, shower, barbecue, kettle, lounge. There is also a separate small apartment, which can also be used by all guests, and which includes a sauna with chips, a shower cabin and a toilet. The apartment has a yard with a lockable parking space, as well as a yard storage for bicycles. The gate works with a remote control. The keys will be handed over to the guests either in person at check-in or by other arrangement as agreed.
