"Kicsi, zsúfolt apartmanrész, forró tetőtéri kialakítás-plusz pénzért klímahasználat-ami nevetséges ennyi pénzért, rossz konyhai felszereltség, zavaró áthallható falak, hangos szomszédok, jakuzzi használat szintén plusz pénz\óra-szánalom ami persze épp nem működött és egy hét alatt sem került javításra..."

Kedves vendégünk, mi úgy gondoljuk, hogy mindazt nyújtottuk önöknek amelyet a szállás.hu-nál megvettek. Az apartmanról és minden szolgáltatásáról részletes leírást kaptak 3 db A4-es oldalon keresztül. Ebben világosan és érthetően látszik, hogy mi az amit tartalmaz az Önök foglalási díja és mi az amiért igény esetén plusz pénzt kell fizetni. Mi az apartman leírásában túlzó részletességgel is tájékoztatást adunk arról, hogy az adott apartmannál mit tudunk nyújtani, s ha ez megfelel, szeretettel várjuk Önöket. Akkor nézzük ,ez hogy zajlott Önöknél: két főre foglaltak apartmant és a két főre vonatkozó árat is fizették meg. Viszont Önökkel jött még egy személy 2 éjszakára, aki után mi semmiféle plusz költséget nem számoltunk fel . A klíma esetében mi a megnövekedett költségek miatt azt az árképzést részesítettük előnybe, hogy nem építettük be az apartmanok mindennapi árába a klima költségét, hanem időjáráshoz és a vendégek komfortérzetéhez igazodva a klíma plusz szolgáltatásként igénybe vehető. Így az apartmanok ára alacsonyabb, s lehet ez nem jön akkor rosszul, ha például valaki az egy hetes tartózkodás alatt elszenved egy 3-4 napos rossz időt, amikor nem a klímára lenne szükség ,hanem inkább meleg takaróra....Viszont, amiatt, hogy csökkentsük a költségek mértékét mi a korábbi klíma készülékeinket modernebb , energiatakarékos eszközökre cseréltük ki. Így Önökkel is örömmel közöltük érkezésükkor . hogy az eredeti foglalásukhoz képest ,amely igény szerint 2000 ft/éj költséget tartalmazott , a jelen helyzetben csak 1000 Ft/ éj költségdíjat kell fizetniük ha igénybe szeretnék venni a klímát. 10 nap alatt egyszer se kérték, pedig tartósan 35 fok felett volt a kinti hőmérséklet...Önöknek ez 10.000 forintot nem ért meg... A konyha felszereltségéről annyit tudok mondani, hogy ami a leírásban szerepel ,az minden a rendelkezésükre állt. A mi apartmanjaink nem otthoni 12 fogás megfőzésére valók, nem akarunk Rácz Jenő konyhájának versenytársa lenni...,s mi ezen nem is szeretnénk változtatni. Hozzánk a vendégeink pihenni jönnek...a nők is! A jacuzzi tényleg elromlott, amiről sajnos nem tehetünk... Pont az a része romlott el, a kezelőpanel, amelyet csak a vendégeink használnak, mert minden más, automatikusan működik...éríntés nélkül. Mi bíztunk a vendégeinkben ,hogy tudnak egy 4 milliós eszközre vigyázni, tudják kezelni...sajnos nem így történt. Ami annak aki okozta csak egy bocsánatkérés ,viszont nekem többszázezer forint kiadás lesz...s arról se tehetek, hogy a magyarországi Wellis cég csak 2 hétre tudja vállalni azt ,hogy valaki megnézi, majd javítja. Pedig azért döntöttünk mellettük, mert hazai, meg szervízbázis meg miegymás, mégha többe is került ,mint a konkurens kínai-amerikai termékek..
