"A padló borzasztóan recseg. Minden alkalommal, amikor a szomszédok éjszaka járkálnak a szobáikban, vagy hajnalban kelnek, az összes többi szobában végig mozdul a padló hangos recsegést kiadva, ugyan ezt történik, ha valaki végigmegy az előtérben, minden alkalommal nyikorog a padló, akárhányszor végigmegy valaki rajta oda vissza. E miatt sajnos nagyon rosszul aludtunk, felébredtünk minden alkalommal. E mellett szobánkban lévő egyik ágykerethez rögzített matractartó fém sín amin a matrac fekszik, olyan szinten nyikorog minden fordulásnál, hogy nem lehet tőle aludni, valamint ugyan ennek az ágynak a matraca teljesen besüppedt, ami végképp nehezítette a pihenést. Miután jeleztük a problémát, szerettünk volna ha valamilyen szinten orvosolásra kerül legalább az ágy probléma, de egyáltalán nem volt segítőkész ebben a személyzet. Végül a második napon letettük a földre ennek az ágynak a matracát, hogy aludni tudjunk."

Már érkezésükkor mikor még nem is látták a szobát, szerettek volna szobát választani ami már akkor furcsa volt, viszont a teltházunk miatt ezt nem tudtuk teljesíteni. Másnap olyan ténnyel jött le, hogy Ön átment a más vendég kiköltözött szobájába és befeküdt és kipróbálta a használt ágyát, mivel Önnek sérve van és nem mindegy milyen ágyon alszik ez is nagyon furcsa volt, finoman fogalmazva! Kérte, hogy cseréljük át a matracokat. Ezt sajnos már nem tudtuk és nem is akartuk megoldani hiszen már vártak a takarításra az érkező vendégek, akik előbb jöttek. Nem értem, hogy miért egy olcsó luxus nélküli szállásra foglal a sérve tudatában és nem jelzi igényét a foglalása és érkezése előtt. Remélem, hogy ismét Nagymaroson járva nem minket választ a teljesíthetetlen igényeivel és stílusával!
