Relax and recharge with the whole family at this beautiful place to stay and experience the Endless Summer vibe it has to offer!

The space:

Our house is a two storey family home with a garden, including a terrace, flowers and a bio vegetable garden.
It was fully renovated in the autumn of 2020. We built new bathrooms, kitchen with the highest standard, and we installed floor-heating and solar panels, too.
Downstaires there is an open-plan space with fully equipped kitchen and dining area to cook when you don’t want to eat out, and a livingroom to relax or play together with the kids. There are also two bedrooms, one of which has some kid’s stuff, like toys and picture books for them. We have a bathroom with shower and a restroom down here, as well.
Upstaires there is a spacious bedroom, a big bathroom with a beautiful freestanding bath tub (with additional jungle vibe) and a second livingroom with a double put-up bed.
The backyard is a very private space with tall hedges. Here you can enjoy the terrace with outdoor relaxing/dining place, a spacious grassy area to play and a bio vegetable garden. Also the shed has all sorts of handy and fun things to discover :)
As we have two small children in our family, the house is equipped well for kids. If you need anything special, just ask, we may have it.

Guest Access:

Please feel yourselves at home and use bravely anything you can find in our house:

- The kitchen and storage rooms have everything you might need for cooking: utensils, basic cooking and cleaning equipment.

- In the batrooms I left some cosmetics, extra towels etc.

- There are toys and books hidden in some places: who finds them, can use them ;) Tell your kids to go treasure hunting!

- You can harvest the vegetable garden. Please do so! See what grows in the season you are visiting.

- We have a wooden shed in the backyard that is full of equipment for outdoor activities for the whole family. Here is a non-comprehensive list:
a SUP and a surfboard
an adult bicycle (with additional child seat and trailer for two kids)
adult and kid’s scooter
2 bicycles for kids and the one without pedals
life vests and helmets for kids
a big, inflatable pool
yoga mats
skateboards
all kind of things for the barbecue (coal etc)
And I’m sure I missed something :)

Interaction with guests:

I will be available online before and throughout your stay. May you have questions, problems or anything, I will try my best to help you out and make your time spent in our home unforgettable!

Other details to know:

Please be considerate of our environment! Use the selective trash bins!
There is also a compost pile in the vegetable garden, waiting happily and patiently for your organic waste to turn it into nice, vitamin-rich soil for the garden. Next year’s harvest will thank you for it! :)

Neighborhood:

If you leave our home, in one way you will reach the shores of unique lake Balaton in less than 10minutes’ of walking. In the other way walking the same distance you’ll end up in the tranquil forests of Keszthely’s hills. You just have to decide which path you take that day :)
We have great restaurants in the vicinity, most of them have stunning panorama on the lake and great variety of wine and hungarian gastronomy.
This space is not enough to collect all our favorite places and activities, but I am more than happy to share my recommendations with you, and answer any further questions you may have :)

Getting around:

Life is very tranquil here. Birds chipping, everybody greets the other on the street and all the rural cliches you can think about :) But this doesn’t mean life would be boring around here. By no means!

You can park on our driveway for free and if you are arriving by car, there are a million interesting, fun and yummy places to visit in 30-45minutes drive from our home. Here I repeat myself: but don’t hesitate to ask for recommendations! I am here to help you out with my best knowledge of the region. You won’t be disappointed, whatever you are up to during your stay! I promise :)
