RENOVATION WORKS
Herewith we would like to inform you that a modernization project of the leisure pool is underway between 5 January 2026, and is expected to be finished on 2 April 2026. During this period, all other pools, and services of the spa (the two completely refurbished thermal pools, the children’s pools, the modernized sauna department, and the fitness club) will be available.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE HOTEL – TOTAL SPA RELAXATION:
• The first all-inclusive four-star hotel in Hévíz with beautifully renovated interior spaces, in picturesque green surroundings, only 5-10 minutes walk from the thermal lake of Hévíz.
• Hotel’s own thermal well: same water quality as in the lake of Hévíz, medical center with highly trained staff for a wide range of treatments.
• Appealing wellness section and brand new 220 m2 large sauna department.
• All-inclusive service with a varied choice and tasty local cuisine.
• Happy children mean relaxed parents: lovely pool area, paddling pool, playroom, spacious green park, and seasonally activities for children.

FACILITIES:
• 128 superior (on floors 4-7.) and 96 premium (on floors 1-3.) air-conditioned rooms, plus 7 air-conditioned suites with hairdryer, bathrobe, telephone, minibar, radio, flat screen TV.
• In superior category connecting rooms and in premium category accessible rooms are available on request, depending on the free capacity.
• Laundry, safe, currency exchange, internet room, WiFi in the entire hotel, souvenir shop.
• Service with indoor and outdoor programmes, transfer, rent-a-bike, car park and garage (for extra charge).

SPA & WELLNESS & FITNESS:
- wellness pool with indoor and outdoor sections, Jacuzzi, massage shower, underwater body massage, geyser and waterfalls,
- 2 completely renewed indoor thermal pools (33 °C and 37 °C),
- from May to September outdoor swimming pool and Kneipp tread-basin,
- brand new 220 m2 large sauna world: special garden view, Finnish saunas for use in or without swimwear, bio- and infrared saunas, plunge pool, bucket shower and a spacious relaxation area,
- modern fitness room with cardio machines,
- therapy and wellness center, beauty salon,
- numerous recreation opportunities: e.g. aqua fitness, morning and fitness group exercise, hiking, cycling, table-tennis, Nordic walking,
- services for children: 2 indoor-pools for kids with slide, water-sprinkler cannon and bucket-shower, playground, play room, highchair, cot, and activities for children in the summer months.

AQUA ALL-INCLUSIVE INCLUDES:
- food services between 07:00 and 21:00: buffet breakfast, buffet lunch, afternoon snack and cake, buffet dinner,
- soft drinks from 07:00 to 22:00: mineral water, fruit and vegetable juices, coffee, tea,
- house wines and draught beer from 11:00 to 22:00,
- sparkling wine from 15:00 to 18:00,
- use of the pool and sauna area, fitness room, sports activities, children services, bathrobe-use, WiFi.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Check-in to the room and beginning of services from 3:00 PM on arrival day. Check-out and end of services till 11:00 AM on departure day.
• The parking fee is 3.000 HUF – approx. 7,5 EUR per car per night. Please be informed that due to the limited number of parking slots the available spaces can be occupied in order of arrival.
• The entire hotel is non-smoking.
• Due to maintenance the following services will not be available:
