"Dirty - there was old gum on the bedside table, kitchenware were filled with old food, dusty, garbage from previous guest had not been taken out Dangerous - some sockets were hanging from the wall, some sockets made sparks when you plugged something in, kitchen fan wasn't working and grease was dripping down on the stove"
