"A központi fekvése miatt közelében van a fürdő, bolt, pékség, éttermek, cukrászda, fodrász, butikok. Van egy jó kis erkélye, de a kilátás a szomszéd épület falára nyílik sajna.Tartozik hozzá egy baráti áron bérelhető mélygarázs. Konyhája újszerű, nagy hűtővel, jól felszerelt, kényelmes.Az ágya is kellően nagy, kényelmes. A felsoroltak és az olcsósága miatt eladja önmagát."
"Az általános tisztaság rendben volt, de néhány pohár ragadt.Ezen kívül 2 db. presszó kávés csészében benne volt cukros kávé maradék. Pár fehér teás bögre belül barnállott.A párnák megérettek a cserére. Még tiszta ágyneműn keresztül is átérezni a rossz szagukat.Hajszárító nincs. A klímája központi vezérlésü. A közös képviselő szándékán múlik a bekapcsolása. A tulaj igérete szerint egy óra múlva bekapcsolták. De, ha nem gondolták túl melegnek az időt, bizony ki volt kapcsolva. A beltéri egysége erősen poros volt, ezért fel is hívta a tulaj a figyelmet, hogy a ventilátort ne járassuk klíma nélkül, mert csak a port keveri. Az elpárologtató alatti cseppvízgyűjtőből érezni lehetett a dohos szagot is. És a nagy felhőszakadás utáni fülleddt időben jó lett volna vele párátlanítani. Éjjeli szekrények az ágy mellett nincsenek. Így nem lehet komfortosan karórát, telefont elhelyezni, ill. telefont tölteni. Mivel az ágy "be van szorítva" egy nagy szekrény és a fal közé, Egyik vendégnek körülményesebb a le-fel szállás az ágyra."
