"Nagyon igényesen kialakított, jól felszerelt szállás. Teljesen meg voltunk elégedve. Külön szoba a nagyobb gyerekeknek, kényelmes ágyak, tágas, minőségi bútorokkal berendezett nappali. Nagyon jó az apartman klimatikus viszonya: a kinti közel -10°C-os hőmérséklet ellenére a kellemes melegen túl nagyon jó az apartman szellőzése/légcseréje, mely az éjszakai alvást is pihentetővé teszi."

"A fürdőkád csaptelepének pozíciója nem teszi lehetővé a kényelmes zuhanyozást. A csaptelep pont abba a térbe nyúlik bele, ahol zuhanyozáshoz elhelyezkedne az ember. Így kénytelen voltam a kád végéhez kihúzódni, ahol már nem védi a fürdőszobát a kádra szerelt fröccsenés gátló üveg paraván."

"Bükfürdőn ezen a környéken, a golfpálya mellett vannak a legcsendesebb, legnyugodtabb szálláshelyek, ezért választottuk ezt, és nem csalódtunk. Nagyon örültünk a nyugágyaknak, októberben is napozni lehetett a kis teraszon. Extraszéles volt a franciaágy."

"A konyha hiányos… Meg lennénk mosogató gép nélkül, de ha már be volt szerelve, gondoltuk használjuk.. Sajnos mire elindítottuk volna, kiderült , hogy nem működik. Alapvető dolgok is hiányoztak.. 6 -an voltunk 3 vizes pohár volt, 2 bögre. Illetve, az ágynemű(paplan, párna) nem volt fertőtlenítve egy jó ideje……"
