"Barátságos hely, kedves tulajdonos, összességében jó szállás."
"Aki fűtési szezonba megy és nem tud zajba aludni annak nem ajánlom mert folyamatos kattog a gázkonvektor és nagyon hangosan. A parkolás fizetős, csak nem 280 ft ahogy a szállás.hu oldalán van, hanem 460 ft óránként. Aki hosszabb időre megy, azért elég húzós. Ráadásul egy földes parkoló ami kis eső után is nyakig sár volt."

"Viszonylag jól felszerelt, közel van a központ."
"Már a belépéskor kellemetlen dohány szag csapott meg. Az apartman felületesen volt kitakarítva. Porcicák mindenfelé, koszos bútorok, piszkos mosogató, az edényeket is csak azután mertük használni, miután ujramostuk őket."

Kedves Zsolt,

Nagyon sajnáljuk, hogy ilyen tapasztalataik voltak, rosszul érint minket, mivel a férjemmel szívvel-lélekkel azon dolgozunk, hogy vendégeink elégedettek legyenek.
Ebben telefoglalt nyári szezonban szerencsére senkinek nem volt panasza.
Az apartmanban tilos a dohányzás, és mi nem éreztünk dohány szagot, azt viszont el tudom képzelni, hogy az előző vendégek az erkélyen dohányoztak, és ha önök nagyon érzékenyek erre, talán ennek a nyomait érezhették. A bútorokat minden vendég után átmossuk, letöröljük, az edények mosogatógépben tisztítottak.
A véleménye ugyanakkor nagyon fontos számunkra. Megpróbálunk mostantól még nagyobb erőbedobással vadászni a porcicákra.
