As a globetrotter with 3 children I really know what you need for a relaxing family holiday! In a big city you have to be close to the sights and you need an accommodation in a residential area with parks that are fun for your children. Well, then this is the apartment for you and your family! The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 100-year-old building that is very well preserved and maintained. From the window there is view to the Danube and the Margaret Island. The apartment has a big bright living room with a double bed and armchairs and a small bedroom with a bed that can be converted to double bed. A baby cot is available and can be placed in either of the rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped (with high chair for babies) and suitable for breakfast and simple meals There is a bathroom with shower (baby bathtub is available) and a separate toilet. There is a huge variety of toys for children.
It is in a walking distance from the inner city and the main attractions such as: the Parliament, the spas, etc. Cheap and well connected public transportation is also available. You can discover the city and at the same time satisfy your children's needs, since near the house there are parks with facilities to all ages from babies to teenagers. It is just 10 minutes’ walk to reach the Margaret Island, which a huge green recreational area offering a lot of activities to families: playgrounds, a little zoo, swimming pool, bath. One of the most beautiful streets of this area is called Pozsonyi Street that is just at the gate. This street offers many family-friendly shops, small cozy cafes and restaurants of all kinds for the interested. The area is one of the nicest architectural zones with buildings in Art Nouveau, Art deco and Bauhaus styles while having a very friendly atmosphere. You may meet some famous Hungarian actors, movie directors, since they also live here just like me.
