Description of the accommodation:
A unique and excellent vacation opportunity for those who love fishing, nature and peaceful surroundings. The property is fenced on three sides and the fourth one is a 100 m long water front which is mostly bushy. The building is comfortable and practically there are no neighbors. The water is about 70 m wide and 1,5-2,5 m deep. Fish are ample, mostly carp, amur, crucian, pike-perch and catfish. Daily fishing permit may be ordered by phone. Swimming is allowed in the water but boating, canoeing are forbidden for the sake of privacy and nature preservation. The board is cca 16 sqm. Dogs are welcome, no matter what size, no extra charges. The public safety in the region is excellent. For further info please ring me. The nearby M44 highway is only 2 km away and solid asphalt pavement leads to the proximity of the house. However, in lasting rainy weather, the last 300-400 m on soaked up muddy dirt road is challenging for small cars. Please take this in consideration.
