The house offers space for six people on 65 m² of living space. The hallway on the ground floor leads to the living room with kitchen. There is a seating area with a corner sofa and television, as well as an open kitchen with a dining counter, which is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. If necessary, the sofa can be quickly and easily converted into additional sleeping space for two people.

From the living room you can go directly to the balcony with garden furniture, it is partially covered, you will find marks on both balconies. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with a shower and toilet, washing machine and hairdryer. The two bedrooms and the second shower room are on the upper floor.

The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and air conditioning. Other air conditioning is in the hallway on the ground floor. In front of the bedroom, there is a small balcony that offers a wonderful view of the sea. In the second bedroom, there are two single beds (two beds 90 x 200 cm) that you can easily put together.

The WiFi internet connection can be used free of charge. In the apartment you can relax in the whirlpool.

The house is in a nice and quiet area outside of the city center, close to everything. Pillow beach is about 150m away (through a park where you can also find small adrenaline park for adults and children). From the city of Crikvenica is approx. 1200m and the promenade along the beach will take you to the city center.

A larger shopping center is located about 50m (if you drive, you will avoid the crowds of the city) near your home also the small shops, bars, restaurants etc. BBQ, air conditioning and whirlpool are included.
