The house was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2026. The successful combination of traditional Mediterranean style and contemporary comfort creates a warm, elegant, and relaxing holiday atmosphere.

The holiday home is spread over two floors. The ground floor features an entrance area, a bathroom, a modern kitchen with a dining area, and a cozy living room. The living room includes a pull-out sofa bed with a sleeping area of 160 x 200 cm, making the house suitable for up to four guests.

On the first floor, there is a romantic bedroom with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. The bedroom is approximately 16 m² in size and feels especially cozy and inviting thanks to the roof windows. From here, guests have direct access to the house's private wellness area.

The wellness area features a whirlpool for up to three persons and a sauna, providing special moments of relaxation during your stay. From the wellness room, guests can access the balcony of the holiday home, where two sun loungers are available and a beautiful sea view can be enjoyed.

Additional comfort is provided by underfloor heating, a washing machine, and a private parking space located approximately 50 meters from the house.
