Holiday house for 6 persons with private pool is situated near the city center of Silo and just 300 m from a sandy beach. The total size of the house is 115 m2. Holiday house has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and toilet, terrace, balcony and private parking place. There is also 300 m2 of fenced garden. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, oven, kettle, fridge with freezer and table for 6 persons. On the ground floor is a living room with Sat tv, bathroom with shower and extra toilet. There is also a game room size 25 m2 with a PlayStation, children's corner and table soccer.
On the first floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub and washing machine. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and one bedroom with twin beds. Every room has air-condition and sat tv. On the first floor is also a balcony (25 m2), two bedrooms have an exit on the balcony. From 2022 house has a swimming pool size 25 m2 (size 6,60 x4,00 m, depth 1,35 m). By the house is a parking place. House is located just 100 m from the shop and 200 m from the restaurant. Also, just 150 m from the house is the modern gym which can be used during the whole year ( not included in price).
