Hotel Azúr Premium***** welcomes guests with its two-winged hotel building offering different services. The Premium wing by Lake Balaton offers Premium Double, Premium Plus, Junior Suite, and Luxury Suite room types, primarily providing a unique recharge opportunity for adults.
At the Premium Opus restaurant, the buffet meals are complemented with breakfast and dinner dishes that can be selected from the menu

The Deluxe wing, comprising 63 rooms, is tailored to meet the needs of families. Guests of the renovated wing can enjoy the exclusivity of the Premium wing, combined with the practical comfort services of the child-friendly Hotel Azúr; such as the playhouse and larger child-friendly wellness area, as well as buffet meals at the Hotel Azúr**** Olive Garden Restaurant, complemented with a la carte breakfast and dinner dishes for Deluxe wing guests.

"Wellness is great, especially the sauna séance which is held three times a day. The sauna master (Istvan Molnar) is very well prepared and very professionally combines the nice fragrances, oils and aromas with relaxing music."

"Medencék hidegek voltak, gyermek medence volt a leghidegebb, mely minden nap üresen is állt. A szobánkban a fürdő szellőzőn kb 4 cm kosz volt. Foltos szakadt függönyök. Kritikán aluli volt a végszámlánk. Két másik családdal nyaraltunk együtt. Egyik család kedvezményesen kapta a parkolást, másiknak nem is kellett fizetnie. + A 8797 Ft lett kiszámlázva felénk mint felszolgálási díj, ami a szálloda szerint "nem téves, vagy plusz terhelés volt (minden félpanziós foglalásnál így szerepel a számlán, ha nem fogyasztottak volna mást ez akkor is szerepelt volna)." Reklamációs levelemre ezt a választ kaptam. Természetesen a másik két családnál semmilyen plusz költség nem szerepelt a számán. Minden évben legalább kétszer-háromszor wellnesselünk, nem vagyok az örökös elégedetlen, elnéző vagyok a sok apróság végett. De ilyen szörnyű szájízzel még nem távoztam sehonnan."
