    "Mind a recepció, mind pedig a takarítás terén kiváló. Nagyon kedves hölgy volt, aki takarított. Nem beszélt, csak horvátul, de a G fordító ma már mindent megold. A recepción egy fiatal hölgy volt legtöbbet szolgálatban, aki természetesen már beszélt angolul, mi pedig megtettük, hogy a szokásos rövid mondatokat megtanultuk horvátul, amit ő értékelt (látszott rajta)"
