"Nagyon korrektek voltak, amikor jeleztem, hogy hűvös van a szobánkban, behelyeztek hősugárzót, az étteremben a vacsorához külön olajat használtak a hús sütéshez, a gluténérzékenységem miatt. Másnap a reggelinél is teljesen elkülönülve voltak a péksütik, az enyémet a konyháról hozták ki. A figyelmesség, kedvesség jellemezte a személyzetet."
