"Měli jsme objednaný pobytový balíček včetně kosmetiky, masáže a pedikúry. Musím říct, že nás hned na začátku zklamalo, že procedury byly naplánovány bez dohody s námi, na masáž jsme měli nastoupit v sobotu v 7 hodin ráno. Což mi moc nekoresponduje s relaxačním víkendem. Masáž byla spíše podprůměrná, paní kosmetička velmi milá, ale používala levnou kosmetiku z drogerie, takže mi použitou maskou způsobila lehkou alergickou reakci. Ubytování bylo fajn, až na to, že v našem pokoji, vždy když kuchyň začala vařit, byly cítit výpary z kuchyně (pravděpodobně díky špatné vzduchotechnice). Ráno po probuzení to nebylo moc příjemné. Hotel bych pro příští pobyt v Mariánských Lázních využila, služby hotelu už ne."

"Vánoční pobyt v hotelu Flóra hodnotíme velice pozitivně. Výborná kuchyně, vždy ochotný usměvavý personál, čistota, hezké vybavení pokojů, umístění stavebně krásného lázeňského hotelu nedaleko kolonády."
