Hotel Kardosfa Zselickisfalud

A Hotel Kardosfa*** Ecotourism and Conference Centre is located 20 km far south to Kaposvár in the middle of the forests in the Zselic hill region. It was reconstructed mainly from project money provided to SEFAG Erdészeti és Faipari Zrt (SEFAG Forestry and Wood Industrial Closed Ltd). The house originally was the Forest Directorate of the Esterházy family but now it is a hunting lodge with 23 rooms that can accommodate 48 people. The hotel is in very nice and marvellous place and provides various wellness services. There is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Finnish and infra sauna, weight room and tennis court; bicycles can be rented. There is 24 hours reception service, too.

Events:

We are ready to organise training courses, conferences, parties, official and family events (marriage diner, banquets and school-leaving celebrations) and trainings for companies with participation of up to 60 participants. All necessary modern facilities are available in our conference room. We have various technical equipment (television, projector, projector surface, sound amplifier, flipchart) required for a conference.

Accommodation:

We keep a very good kitchen. Our chefs can prepare very delicious old traditional Hungarian foods in the well-equipped kitchen. In addition to it, foods made of games as well as ones for those who prefer the reformed kitchen also are served. We can serve foods simultaneously to 56 persons. But a tent also can be set up in the garden of the hotel by which number of the guests to be served significantly increases.

We offer walking tour, cycling tour in the tourist road network in the Zselic region. The famous places in the Zselic can be visited by horse-drawn carriages.
