"Ośrodek położony w bardzo urokliwym i ładnym miejscu. Blisko do centrum. Ładny, czysty basen patio (przysługuje 1h/os./dobę). Na plus sporo ręczników i szlafroki w pokoju. Kawa, herbata, woda w pokoju."
"Bardzo skromne śniadania (mało do wyboru). Posiłki są serwowane w ośrodku obok (trzeba nastawić się na pokonanie dużej ilości schodów, zakrętów, korytarzy - łatwo się zgubić). Pokój nie był do końca czysty (kurz na komodach, lampach). Mocno zużyte meble (powycierane, w plastikowym "kloszu" od lampy stolikowej były dziury). Parking (w dniu przyjazdu dostałam informację od Pani z recepcji, żeby zaparkować na terenie ośrodka tak, aby nie przeszkadzało to innym. Zrobiłam to, po czym po dwóch dniach zastałam kartkę za wycieraczką, że mam przestawić pojazd, bo inaczej zostanie odholowany. Zapłaciłam za parking 10 zł/dobę i za szybą miałam wydrukowaną kartkę z datą pobytu od-do. Gdy poszłam wyjaśnić sprawę na recepcji, inna już Pani poinformowała mnie, że należy parkować wyłącznie w miejscach do tego przeznaczonych. Dodam, że razem ze mną stały inne pojazdy zaparkowane równolegle do krawężnika. To jak to jest? Jedni mogą, inni nie? Raz można, a raz nie?). Telewizja prawdopodobnie nie jest w pakiecie (należy ją sobie wykupić na doby. Pierwszy raz w życiu spotykam się z czymś takim przy kosztach pobytu 360 zł za noc/2 os.. Gdy zgłosiłam się, aby wyjaśnić sprawę, Pani zapytała mnie, czy w cenie pobytu mam TV. Szczerze odpowiedziałam, że nie wiem, bo nie zagłębiałam się tak bardzo. Dla mnie to było po prostu logiczne i oczywiste. Dostałam kody do tv za 0 zł, jednak Pani sama do końca nie wiedziała, czy mi się to należy w ramach pobytu, czy też nie). Na stronie internetowej jest informacja, że zabiegi należy rezerwować w recepcji ośrodka, dlatego nie dzwoniłam wcześniej. Po czym, po przyjeździe okazało się, że na najbliższe dni nie ma nic wolnego, jedynie usługi typu manicure/pedicure. Pani z recepcji powiedziała, aby następnym razem dzwonić - znowu dezinformacja i wniosek, że należy rezerwować zabiegi z dużym wyprzedzeniem."
