Hotel Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico Rovinj

Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico is located in the historic town centre of Rovinj. The hotel is a carefully restored building originating from 1820s. The house used to belong to a prominent Italian family. In fact, the hotel incorporates three houses integrated into a harmonious architectural complex, the potential of which was recognized by the owner. The hotel has 7 double rooms.

On the ground floor there is a reception with a fireplace, lounge bar, wine vault and a garden with a water tank from 1864. The interior has been restored to its original form, taking into consideration the requirements of modern guests. On the first floor there is an atrium with a water tank and a lounge bar terrace intended for all hotel guests. On the same floor there are 3 more rooms, two of which have fireplace, and all the guests can use hotel atrium, loggia or terrace. On the second floor there are two rooms, each of them interesting in is own way; the first one has a specially designed fireplace with a window, restored frescoes and a beautiful view of St Euphemia church, while the other has a nice fireplace and a small terrace with a sea view. On the third floor there is the most beautiful hotel room with a perfect sea view and lovely town view with St Euphemia church. Right across this room, there is the smallest hotel room with the same perfect view of the church, old town and the sea. Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico is located at 44 Augusto Ferri Street, only three minutes walk from the city centre. This part of the town was once called „contrada Spirito Santo“ and this was the inspiration for the name of the hotel. All the rooms of Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico are named after the streets of Rovinj. All the conservation works at the hotel, both on the interior and on the exterior, were made in accordance to the conservation requirements and thus the original cultural and historical heritage of Rovinj was preserved.
