"Za cenu snídaně jsme již zažili lepší a příjemnější obsluhu, není možno snídat venku, přestože před jídelnou jsou stolky, prostírání pomačkanými papírovými ubrousky na stole neodpovídá ceně, nepůsobí dobře. Jídlo v restauraci dobré, ale kvalita neodpovídá cenám, v blízkém okolí jsem se za nižší cenu najedli podstatně lépe a s výbornou obsluhou. Celou noc svítí světlo (lucerny) na pavlači (balkon společný všem pokojům na poschodí), bylo by dobré změnit svítidla, která jsou lépe stíněna, pokud zatáhnete neprodyšné závěsy, nejde do pokoje vzduch. Na pavlači kde je 6 pokojů, min.dvoulůžkových, bylo pouze 5 židlí, z toho jedna rozbitá, neočekávejte uzavřený pokoj, pavlač je průchozí a dveře na pavlač nelze otevřít "na větračkuů, ve dvoulůžkovém pokoji, který je komfortně prostorný je pouze 1 židle u psacího stolu, jinak sedíte na posteli, bylo by vhodné doplnit malým stolkem s křesílky a bylo by to perfektní. Venkovní zastřešený bazén je pouze za poplatek 80 Kč, pokud se chcete pouze 1 vykoupat, musíte zaplatit, pokud se zde chcete koupat déle a odpočívat, nemáte u bazénu kam sednout, lehnout, nejsou zde lehátka, rovněž welnes je pouze za poplatek, cena za osobu značně vysoká, když už ji zaplatíte, nemáte jistotu, že zde budete sami. Dvůr, který je uprostřed statku a kde jsou i předzahrádky jídelny a restaurace je v podstatě parkoviště plné aut. hřiště pro děti je velmi malé, neočekávejte, že se zde děti příliš zabaví, pro rodiny s většími dětmi než jsou miminka méně vhodné. Z celkového pohledu celkem dobré, dobrá poloha od Fr.lázní a Chebu, ale víme, že toto místo již nenavštívíme ani nedoporučíme."
