House MELLY with Pool is located in Rovinjsko Selo - a part of the city/suburban settlement approximately 6 km away from the center of Rovinj and the beautiful beaches on the Rovinj coast.
The house consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with a shower on the upper floor, while on the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with a seating area, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils (electric stove, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine) and a dining area, and another bathroom with a shower. The house also offers access to a private courtyard with a swimming pool, perfect for refreshing yourself on warm summer days, and a terrace for enjoying your morning coffee, afternoon sunbathing or a romantic glass of Istrian wine in the evening.
Pets are allowed and are charged an additional 10 EUR / day.
With a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, SAT TV, air conditioning, free WiFi, parking, this holiday home is perfect for longer and shorter stays. BBQ grill, yard and swimming pool are at your disposal.
Private parking space is available in front of the house. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.
