House Mica Grižane

This holiday home is in a quiet location, surrounded by beautiful nature and yet only a few minutes' drive from the beautiful beaches of Crikvenica. The house is intended for 4 to 5 people.

The breakdown is as follows:

On the ground floor is the entrance area, a dining/kitchen, a living room and the bathroom.
In the living room there is a fifth bed (a pull-out sofa bed). From the kitchen you have direct access to the terrace and the courtyard.

An internal staircase leads to the 1st floor on which a large hallway and two bedrooms are available. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed.
An air conditioning system is used for cooling, which is installed in the hallway and cools the floor pleasantly.
From the same hallway one has an access to the balcony of the house.

In the beautiful outdoor area there are 2 private parking spaces, a very pleasant terrace, a barbecue area and a garden.
