It is located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood and everything you may need is within easy reach or can be easily reached by car. Cycling and hiking trails are located near the apartment and lead to the beautiful beaches of Rovinj. The interior area is 112 m2, and there is also a spacious sunny terrace/patio at your disposal. The entire property is located on the ground floor.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 3 bathrooms with shower, a beautiful cozy living room with a sofa (can serve as an extra bed for 2 people), a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary dishes and a dining area, and a spacious terrace perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, afternoon sunbathing or a romantic glass of wine in the evening.
