"gute Lage, jedoch mit unerwarteten Kosten verbunden
Das Haus befindet sich zentral in Rovinj in einer guten Lage sowie mit ausreichend Komfort. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 4 Personen - Das Haus ist nicht zur Alleinbenutzung gedacht, da die Hauseigentümer in demselben Haus wohnen (2. Stock mit separatem Eingang). Diese Information wurde bei der Buchung verschwiegen.
Eine Klimaanlage ist zwar vorhanden, jedoch kostet die Benutzung im 1. Stock (wo sich die Schlafzimmer befinden) € 5 pro Tag (!). Auch diese Information wurde bei der Buchung verschwiegen.
Eine Waschmaschine ist zwar vorhanden, jedoch kostet die Benutzung € 3 pro Waschgang (!). Auch diese Information wurde bei der Buchung verschwiegen."
