    "A fürdőben egyáltalán nem volt tisztaság, fent a szobában és ott is a fürdőben sem! Az ételek hidegek voltak, a pincérek nem túl kedvesek! És sajnos utolsô előtti napunkon elárasztották a szállodát E.ON-os munkatársak! A liftek kel nem lehetett közlekedni, szőrnyű hangzavar az étkezőben reggel és mindenütt, holott mi pihenni mentünk!"
