Our apartment is quietly located on the western corner of Lake Balaton, Keszthely neighborhood. Floor of 2 family house with 2 beds, one extra bed is available to our guests. The apartment has a terrace, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bath & shower and separate toilet has. Free parking in closed yard, deck chairs, barbecue and cook opportunity awaits our guests. Wireless internet, 50 channel cable TV with 4 free bikes to serve their carefree vacation. 1-km radius of home sports (squash, bowling, gym), horseback riding. Beach ca. 1 km.

"A házigazda közvetlen volt."
"Azért választottuk ezt a szálláshelyet, mert viszonylag közel van a strandhoz (ahová évek óta visszajárunk) és a leírásban szerepelt 4 kerékpár használata is, így arra számítottunk, hogy azokkal tudunk majd lejárni a strandra (meg Keszthelyre is) - ahogy azt a korábbi években egy másik szállás helyről tettük (sajnos az már nem volt szabad). A házigazda javasolta ugyan, hogy kölcsönözzünk egy kölcsönzőből de nem volt a napi plusz 10000Ft betervezve a költségeinek közé. A másik nagy csalódás az a mosógép hiánya volt, ami ugyan a szöveges leírásban nem szerepel, de a szolgáltatások között igen. Három gyerekkel utazva nagy szükségünk lett volna rá, és bár a házigazda kissé kényszeredetten felajánlotta, hogy ő ki tud mosni egy-két dolgot az nem ugyanaz. Arra is számítottunk, hogy lesz mosogatógép a konyhában (a képeken szerepel), de az se volt. A listán mindkét szobában van TV, de csak az egyikben volt. Szintén említve volt a Welcome drink, ajándék gyümölcstál meg ajándék csokoládé - ezek közül egyik se volt. (Igaz, kaptunk egy fürt szőlőt kostolónak). A zuhany és a kád lefolyója el volt dugulva és mikor szóltunk a válasz annyi volt, hogy nagyon sajnálja, de nincs férfi a háznál, aki kitisztítsa. A konyhában volt hűtő, de nem volt mélyhűtő része, így a nagy hőségben nem tudtunk egy jégkrémet se enni."
