You can rent one side or both.
We prefer weekly rentals starting from Saturday.
The twin house has two parts, but the garden is not separated with a fence, this makes it comfortable for maximum 10 people.
The distance from the beach is approximately 450 meters. Parking and entrance is free. There are a lot of facilities like volleyball field, shower, toilet, playground, buffets and pizzeria.
Dogs are allowed in the house, and there’s a beach nearby dedicated to dogs.
We also provide you free bikes, electric bike is for rent.

- The left side (Egri str. 82A) is newly renovated, has 5 beds, one’s a double bed in the living room. In the bedroom there are 3 separate beds. There’s a SMART LED TV in the living room. The kitchen is in the corner of the living room, equipped with all necessary tableware, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and water heater. Bathroom and toilet is one room. The dining room is in the anteroom. AC in bedroom.

- The right side (Egri str. 82A) is a newly renovated, 5 person house. There are balconies on both side of the house (equipped with chairs and tables). In the living room is a canapé for two people, and SMART LED TV. There are 1 double bed and a single bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a hotplate, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, water heater and tableware (there’s no oven). The bathroom and toilet is in one room. AC in bedroom.

In the back garden which can be used by all guests there is a grill terrace, Finnish sauna and Transylvanian plunge, relax place and bikes.

There is electric heating but no air conditioning in the houses, but the temperature is comfortable.

You can park your car in the garden.

How can you find us: by car take M7 highway, we are about 5 km from the exit “Balatonfenyves”. By train the nearest train station is called “Alsóbélatelep” which is 300 meters from us. We are reachable from Fonyód by bus, bus station is 300 meters away.

Restaurants nearby: Hubertus, Torony, Robinson pizzeria, Én Konyhám, Padlás, Vitorlás Étterem

Excursion possibilities, sights by bike or by foot:
Balatonfenyves: marina, surf- and sailing school, several beaches with shallow water ideal for children, organised tours with canoe, military jeep and bike.
Fonyód: viewpoint from the top of the hill, promenade, Crypt castle (Kriptavilla) , 500 meter long pier, market on every Wednesday and Saturday. Boat excursion to the other side of the lake, to the famous wine region Badacsony with speedboat or regular boat.

Thermal baths in the neighbourhood: Csisztapuszta (6 km), Kehidakustány (44 km), Zalakaros (50 km) and Hévíz (40 km)

Other possibilities for rainy days by car:
Balatonszentgyörgy: “Csillagvár” (20km)
Keszthely: Festetics Castle and several museums (30km)
Balatonboglár: on the top of the hill there’s an adventure park with summerbob and viewpoint
Somogyvár: Saint László memorial place, castle ruins and interactive exhibition Kaposvár: centre of the region with theatre, museums, restaurants, hospital etc…(50km)
