"Na vstupních dveřích není označení,že se jedná o dvojpokoj A a B, na což nás ani nikdo neupozornil. A když se ještě dveře druhého pokoje ( B ) skryjí za ty hlavní, pak dojde k tomu, že vlezete, kam nemáte - tedy do obsazeného pokoje. Nepříjemné překvapení pro oba."

Zrušení pobytu zákazníkem Zákazník je oprávněn zrušit objednávku kdykoliv před příjezdem. Zrušení pobytu vyžaduje písemnou elektronickou podobu (email s doručenkou) na adresu recepce@interhostel.cz. Rozhodující pro určení doby zrušení pobytu je datum a čas odeslání emailu. U větších skupin mohou být sjednány individuální storno poplatky. Pokud skupinovou rezervaci zrušíte nebo změníte do 7 dní před datem příjezdu, nebude vám účtován žádný poplatek. Pokud rezervaci zrušíte nebo změníte pozdě nebo do hotelu nepřijedete, bude vám účtováno 100% z ceny první noci. U skupinových rezervací požadujeme zálohu ve výši 30% z celkové ceny. Ubytovatel nebude účtovat zákazníkovi výše uvedené storno poplatky, pokud nemohl čerpat sjednané služby z těchto důvodů: úmrtí v rodině, hospitalizace zákazníka nebo člena jeho rodiny, vážné onemocnění, povolávací rozkaz, živelná pohroma. Výše uvedené skutečnosti je zákazník povinen doložit písemným dokladem ubytovateli nejpozději do 3 dnů od jejich vzniku. 3.
