Izzy Apartament Miskolc

The accommodation will open in the summer of 2022 and will be operated as a family business. Ádám and I, and my partner Izabela, drew ideas for operating the accommodation from foreign experiences. We raised that certain bar a little higher in terms of quality. The most important thing for us is cleanliness, and we control and supervise this even more. All of the furnishings are brand new, and we tried to purchase devices that everyone can quickly learn to use.

The apartment is located in Hejőcsaba, a district of Miskolc, which was once an independent village, but has now merged with Miskolc. This is best discovered when we travel to the city center not by car, but by public transport. Starting from the bus stop located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, approx. We are in the city center in 20 minutes.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a 4-story building. The east-west facing property is bright almost at all times of the day. The eastern side is shaded by trees, so the morning sun is not disturbing, and it is also the home of many birds, where the chirping birds create a pleasant forest atmosphere. But since not only tourists live in this block of flats, residential noises can naturally occur, but don't worry, from 10 p.m. loud noise activities are prohibited for the residents of the building and for our guests as well.

The front door of the Izzy Apartment opens with a code, so a personal meeting with us is not necessary. Modern lighting in the apartment, LED light sources ensure adequate lighting. In addition, an intelligent fire and smoke detector and a powder extinguisher also take care of the safety of the guests. The apartment has laminated parquet and the bathroom has floor tiles. The apartment has central heating from autumn to spring.
The apartment has a floor area of 52 square meters. It is equipped with two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Each window has retractable blinds.
The smaller room is 13 sq.m., the larger one is 17 sq.m. The number of seats is 4 people. The dimensions of the beds are uniformly 160*200 cm. The types of beds are French or pull-out sofas. The larger room of the apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and a fan. The rooms have large storage drawers and wardrobes. The rooms are equipped with color LED televisions, and 1000 Mb/s wireless internet and nearly 120 TV channels provide entertainment. In the great room, we also thought about business travelers, so they have an office corner in the great room.
The bathroom has a floor area of 10 square meters and is entered through a sliding glass door, where you first encounter a designer hand basin, and a large LED-lit mirror ensures perfect make-up, there is a quiet water-saving toilet, and a 90*90 cm deep shower tray and a multi-functional shower panel.
The apartment is equipped with a full-fledged kitchen, the floor area of which is 12 square meters. A large bar counter with 4 swivel chairs ensures the comfort of our meal.
But if we don't feel like cooking, we can have a nice dinner in the restaurant next door.
