"A medence és a jakuzzi jól működött."
"Sajnos a képek kb. 20 évvel ezelőtti állapotot mutatják. Azóta sok növény lett telepítve, ami nagyon benőtte a házat, az udvart. Látszik, hogy régen sok pénzt költöttek a szállásra, de most a karbantartás hiányossága elég sok helyen meglátszik pl. a jurta ajtaja leszakadva, a billiárd asztal szétesve, a lefolyó eldugulva."

Sajnáljuk, hogy a kedves vendég nem a park növényzetének növekedését, a rendkívüli aszály közepette is dús növényzetet értékelte, amely a vendégházat körülvevő erdővel együtt kellemes klímát biztosít a hőségben is. 2021. és 2022. évben többszázezer forintért újítottuk fel a vendégház körüli parkot, évelő növényeket és cserjéket telepítettünk, amelyek a fotón is láthatók (utolsó 8 fotó mutatja a vendégház környezetének jelenlegi állapotát). A medencét 2021. évben létesítettük, így nemcsak régen, de ma is, és folyamatosan sokat költünk a vendégház fenntartására, felújítására. A közösségi helyiségek - biliárd szoba, csocsó szoba - előtt a fügefák valóban megnőttek, de szerencsére a többi vendég nagyon örül annak, hogy korlátlanul csemegézhet a fügéből. Lecseréltük ennek az épületnek a fotóját. A jurta ajtaja megsérült, elnézést kérünk az állapotáért. A biliárd asztal azonban nincs szétesve, csak levettük azt a részét, ahová a pénzt kellene bedobálni a használatáért, tekintettel arra, hogy azt minden vendég korlátlanul, ingyenesen használhatja. A lefolyó a kihívott szakember szerint nem volt eldugulva, csak a rendkívüli aszály miatt a községből érkező vízhálózaton nem volt megfelelő a nyomás, - sokan öntöztek a vezetékes vízből - és így a tetőtéri fürdőszobáknál az öblítésnél nem volt elegendő a víz mennyisége. Sajnáljuk, hogy a kedves vendég ezeket kellemetlenségként élte meg, de örömünkre szolgál, hogy az idényben folyamatos teltház mellett ez volt az egyetlen negatív vélemény.

"Nem a szállásadó hibája, de a leírásban szereplő tó kiszáradt. A birtokon jó lenne valamivel több kültéri világítás."

Sajnálatos módon, az évek óta tartó aszály miatt a tó nyár közepére, végére kiszárad, kútból történő töltéssel sem tudjuk a vizet pótolni, tekintettel arra, hogy a környező gazdaságok folyamatosan öntözik a termesztett növényeiket, amely szintén elszívó hatással van a tó vizére. A világításra vonatkozó észrevételt köszönjük, bővítettük a vendégház körüli világítást. Örülünk az összességében pozitív értékelésnek!

"Csendes, nyugodt, felszerelt konyha."
"A biztosíték gyakran leesett, főleg ha egyszerre volt használva a jacuzzi és az emeleten lévő bojler, ablakok pókhálósak voltak, wifi nincs, tv csak pár adó szemcsésen és az sem minden szobában."
Accommodation's reply:
A villanyhálózaton teljesítménynövelést végeztettünk, így megszűnt a kedves vendég által a biztosítékkal kapcsolatosan érzékelt probléma. A vendégház környezetében buja növényzet található, amely a bogarak, rovarok, így a pókok számára is ideális. Ha délelőtt lepókhálózunk, délután ismét pókhálósak az ablakok, én személyesen meggyőződtem róla, hogy ez nem a takarítás hiányossága. Ahogyan mondani szoktam, a vendégház körüli természetben, a dús növényzetben, az állatok, rovarok vannak otthon, mi csak vendégek vagyunk! Évek óta keressük a WIFI és a tv szolgáltatás megoldását, számtalan szolgáltatót kerestünk meg, de a külterületen nincs vezetékes szolgáltatás, és nem is vállalják annak kiépítését, a műholdas, jeladós szolgáltatást a vendégházat körülvevő hatalmas jegenyefák akadályozzák, azok kivágása lenne a feltétele a szolgáltatók szerint. Ezt nem vállaltuk, mert ezzel a vendégház a legnagyobb vonzerejét, a jegenyefák biztosította környezetét és klímáját vesztené el. A vendégek megértését kérjük és köszönjük.
