Description:
In one of the most beautiful parts of town Crikvenica is this beautiful holiday house which is suitable for 4 to 5 persons.
The house is only a few minutes walk from the sandy beach. The city center is also within easy walking distance.
Although everything necessary is not far away, the location is nice and quiet.

The cottage is divided on two floors and the outdoor area.

The ground floor:
The ground floor with access to the garden area and two terraces consists of a cozy double bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen.

The 1st floor:
Here is a second bedroom with double bed, a single bedroom and a bathroom. From the double bedroom nan has access to the balcony.

The outdoor area:
This consists of two terraces, one of which is covered. Around the house is a large garden.
On the property of the house is a free private parking, which is lockable and covered.
