The house is within 3-4 minutes of both the beach and the Tagore Promenade. It is a pleasant walk. There are grocery stores, pastry shops, restaurants and beaches within some minutes’ walk.

We let the house only as a whole, to a maximum of 12 persons. It is excellent for large families and groups of friends. Two cars can be parked in the enclosed yard.

Five persons can be accommodated on the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and a living room with 2 beds: a single and a foldable double bed. The terrace is accessed from the living room. The bathroom (with a shower and a washing machine), a separate toilet, the kitchen and the rooms open from the hall. The upper floor can be accessed from there as well.

Eight persons can be accommodated on the upper floor: there is a double bedroom and a living room with a double sofa bed. The balcony is accessed from the living room. There are 3 beds in the third room. The upper floor also includes a kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom.

You can barbecue, cook in a cauldron or play badminton in the garden. In case of bad weather, there are 3 TV sets at your disposal in the house. In front of the house, two huge thujas and a pine tree provide shadow and cool air in the house.
If you consider this house too big or you come with a big company, we have another, smaller detached house on the other side of the street, diagonally opposite this one, which can sleep 8 persons. It (the Botond Guesthouse) is situated within 10 metres of this house.

The minimum stay is 4 nights, during this time, the whole house is at the disposal of the guests.
